Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM, with private check-in and check-out available at a front desk that is open 24 hours a day. A refundable damage deposit of AED 250 is collected by credit card on arrival and refunded in full to the same card within seven days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the room type and rate you choose and are shown before you confirm your reservation. Pets are not allowed.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 12 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available, and the Family Room accommodates up to four guests with two twin beds and one queen bed. There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
Payment
The resort accepts major credit and debit cards as well as cash, and currency exchange is available at the front desk.
